Photo shoot for Rex's new Big House Restaurant. All of Rex's restaurants will be serving beef from a family of 4 River Ranches located in Colorado and New Mexico. These Scottish Highlander cattle will be sold under the brand "River Ranches", which includes Strawberry Park Ranch in the Elk River Valley.

Brian and Bucky are the ranch managers who drove the cattle by horseback so that I could get these shots.
